Planning Analyst

Job Purpose

Planning analysts design and implement business and marketing strategies to increase company profits and reduce costs

 

Description

  • Supports and facilitates the development of Annual Plan, strategic plan and Forecasts, by preparing and reviewing business unit financials.
  • Prepare the Monthly Business Review for the entities on a timely basis
  • Support the Planning Director in the productivity and cost optimization projects.
  • Assists in the development of insightful reviews to the Management and the Board of Director
  • Maintains, produces, and distributes designated management reports.
  • Delivering monthly Finance Review & Period Business within deadlines.
  • Periodical update & distribution of actual results including the drivers for the variances.
  • Deliver financial analysis for ad-hoc business initiatives
  • Prompt and comprehensive responsible to Ad-hoc requests.

 

Qualifications, Experience & skills:

  • Finance/Business degree from accredited university (CMA is plus)
  • 4-5 years of experience (Big 4 is a plus)
  • Proficient in computer usage: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Results oriented, takes initiatives to get things done.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills that allow for the development & analysis of reports
  • Team Player; adapts well in diverse environment
  • Experience in SAP (COGNOS or HFM is a plus)

Senior Reporting Analyst

 

Job Purpose

Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will partner with community accounting staff and operations leadership to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, analyze community performance, aid in business decision support, and provide other training and support as needed and be responsible for financial oversight of communities as assigned.

 

Description

-              Lead the Group month-end and year-end financial reporting submission

-              Maintain Group reporting tools “COGNOS” and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance with the accounting standards

-              Manage the annual financials with group auditors

-              Assists in the development of insightful reviews to the Management.

-              Maintains, produces, and distributes designated management reports.

-              Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports

 

Qualifications, Experience & skills:

-              Strong knowledge in the IFRS and accounting standards

-              Experience in SAP (COGNOS or HFM is a plus)

-              Strong analytical skills that allow for the development & analysis of reports

-              Proficient in computer usage especially in Excel and Power Point (VBA is a plus)

-              Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers

-              B. Sc. In accounting, Finance or other related sciences. (CPA or CMA is a plus.)

-              5-6 years of relevant experience (Prefer Big 4).

Quality controller

Job Purpose

To maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the results.

 

Description

  • Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
  • Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor
  • Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests
  • Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work
  • Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
  • Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
  • Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
  • Accomplish organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Undertake any other specific duties as required by the Manager.

 

Qualifications, Experience & skills:

  • Define the skills, knowledge & experience specific to the job in question (include generic skills)
  • Work authorization. security clearance
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies
  • Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
  • Years of experience Min 2 years
